Countdown To Christmas

So lately I haven't been posting as frequently as I would like. Really there are no excuses; if I want to do something I make time for it. Therefore, I have decided to have one post a day until Christmas (or until Christmas break when I go out of state). These posts may be Christmas themed or something of the like. They might be picture collections or just my thoughts about the season, weather, shopping trips, or whatever. Whatever I feel like really. So be ready. Starting December 1st I will be posting, posting, posting.

With that said, I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. For those who went Grey Thursday or Black Friday shopping kudos to you. I have never been. I'm not really sure I even want to based on the stories everyone brings home with them about pepper spray and shoving moms. I think that I am much better suited at home watching movies.

Anyways, I better get working on those promised posts for the countdown to Christmas.  Talk later, Lovelies.  :)

Autumn Confessions

Hola, Lovelies.

I have a few confessions.

To start off, I know that I said I was really excited for Fall, but now that it's here I just want to skip to Christmas. My family is taking a trip to Virginia to visit my relatives there. We're leaving as soon as school gets out for Winter Break and staying with them for two weeks. Can you now see why I couldn't really care less about Autumn at the moment? Yeah, well. And to top it all off, since my relatives are not coming for Thanksgiving (hence the trip over Christmas break), my grandma decided that we weren't going to have a proper dinner. I think I talked her out of that one, thank goodness. So that is how things are going.

On a different note (but still kind of the same note), school is really getting the best of me lately. I am just so stressed out and feel completely drained at all times. Even when people say that it will get better or when I ask my teachers for help and they say, "Oh, you'll get it." That is a direct quote by the way. And, just so you know, I'm mostly not getting it. No matter my efforts, it is just... uh. No. Just no.

And yet another 'thing' is that my trip to the UK this summer is seeming more and more distant. What I mean is that is seems more and more likely that I won't be going. It costs so much money that my family doesn't have and so I'm fundraising. Or at least trying to. It's off to a bit of a rough start. That's what people say right? When something isn't going great. Yeah, that's it.

Anyways, that's my life at the moment. I sometimes wish we could just fast forward through these times no matter how stronger they might make you, you know? Just hit a button and feel good again. Too bad that's not possible.

Have a good Thanksgiving, Lovelies. :)
