I'm A POPster!

Aloha, Lovelies

Lovelies, you won't believe what I'm doing! I have just started the Beginners calender for Blogilates; today is my second day. I am really excited about this and it is clearly one way for me to stay true to my new year's resolution. But, it's not all fun and games. It's actually a lot of work.

As you would have it, I am mostly sore in my abs area. The thighs and butt are also a bit sore. Although it hurts, it hurts so good! I know that this is going to be something to stick with for my health, figure, self esteem, etc.

I definitely want you to try this with me. I really think you will enjoy it even if you hate exercising like I do. There are so many benefits to Pilates despite the hate/love relationship you may have with it after the first day. Trust me, it will get better!

Speaking of, I recommend giving 'It Gets Better' by Fun a listen. You should then proceed to do Pilates and sing this to yourself. I'm not kidding.
