Today's topic is: 'Your earliest memory.'
We were playing under clothes baskets, pretending they were cars. Funny because now I'm seventeen, I hate driving, and I don't have my license. My three-year-old self didn't know any better.
My sister, 5, and I were having the best time under those clothes baskets. Smiling, laughing, we didn't know of the rest of the world while we were playing in our living room. We didn't worry about boys, college, money, jobs, taxes. We didn't know to. We knew that we were two girls with a little brother, sitting on the living room floor with baskets over our heads.
Those were good times.
