Today's topic is: 'Your current relationship. If single, discuss how single life is.'

Anyone who knows me knows that I have not been in a serious relationship. Ever. I have been in two-ish(?) relationships (nowhere near serious), but can you really count those? I don't.

Moving on, single life can be pretty great at times. Being single means that I don't have to worry about another person's feelings. I don't need to buy them birthday and Christmas presents and spend all my money. I can pretty much flirt with anyone I want without the boyfriend getting mad at me (not that I do this, just an example). I can do anything because I have the freedom to.

At the same time, it can be lonely.

It can get lonely when you don't have a date to a dance. It can get lonely when you see other couples at school. It can get lonely when you wish you had someone to spend time with.

But, that's the single life.

And at the same time, I don't mind being single because kids are dating at younger and younger ages. I don't want to date just to date, I want to date to find a potential husband. I take dating very seriously and even resist dating people because I have a crush on them. It doesn't mean that they are good people, and it doesn't mean they aren't. I just don't know them very well.

I believe the best relationships start from friendships. So, if you want to date me, you need to be my friend first.

How is single life, you ask. It's fun and lonely. Single life is great.
